Position: Shipping and Account Coordinator/ Materials Maker/ Customer Service/ Do-at-all person
Location: Mountain Annex | Winthrop, WA
Compensation: Based on experience, plus year-end bonus

About Montessori 123
Montessori 123 is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join our small, creative team. Our mission is to provide high-quality educational materials and support a Montessori-inspired learning environment. We offer a flexible, part-time schedule in a bright, lively workspace in Winthrop, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare, package, and ship customer orders with precision and care.
- Materials Creation: Print, laminate and cut various materials using precision stack cutter. Carefully collate, sort and package materials with acute attention to detail.Account Coordination: Assist in managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and building relationships with teachers and schools.
- E-commerce & CRM Management: Work independently with Shopify to manage customer orders and communications.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service via email and phone, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Marketing Support: Update social media platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram) and website content with relevant information.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a team setting to achieve goals.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order inventory for educational materials and office supplies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Personality: Enjoys working independently and values the peace of solo work. Comfortable spending long periods alone, working methodically, and keeping an eye on the details. Loves listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks while focusing on tasks.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to stay on task without direct supervision.
- Skills: A creative problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail. Comfortable with Shopify, and familiar with social media platforms.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, and/or education (especially Montessori) is a plus but not necessary.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to manage customer interactions effectively and professionally.
- Customer Focus: Thrives in delivering exceptional customer service,
Bonus Skills:
- Sales Background: Experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Creative Skills: Graphic design experience and an artistic eye. Knowledge on how to use Adobe Indesign
- Marketing & Writing: Experience in marketing, research, editing, and/or copywriting.
